Synopsis: Sandeep Walia aka Sandy (Parineeti Chopra) is a top excutive at Parivartan Bank and is waiting for her boss when Satyendra Dahiya aka Pinky (Arjun Kapoor) shows up and informs her that his boss has sent for her. When Pinky gives the number of a car which has crossed them rashly, as his own, to his boss, he is shocked to see that the car whose number he had given, is gunned down at the police checkpoint. He concludes that they are the target of Sandy's boss, to hide the embezzlement at her bank. Sandy informs Pinky that she is three months pregnant. Then both Sandy and Pinky decide to run away to Nepal to escape an encounter.
