Info:	Robert receives a new job at a Pet Invention company and moves to a new neighbourhood along with his daughter and their border collie Charlie. They meet the new neighbour Holly and her border collie Gidget. Meanwhile, their next door neighbour Victor discovers Robert’s latest invention, a dog collar that translates dog’s thoughts into words. Victor hires two thieves to steal the invention when they come face to face with the neighbourhood dogs, who will use Robert’s inventions to keep the thieves from stealing.
